Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are available for artworks purchased directly from La Gallery De Arte.
• The refund request must be made within 7 days of purchase. Beyond this timeframe, refunds will not be processed.

Conditions for Refunds

• To be eligible for a refund, the artwork must:
  • Be in its original condition, unused, and with its original packaging.
  • Show no signs of damage, wear, or misuse.
• Damaged products caused by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

2. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow for processing time, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Additional Notes

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
• La Gallery De Arte reserves the right to refuse refunds if the product shows signs of misuse, mishandling, or damage post-delivery.
