Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available for artworks purchased directly from La Gallery De Arte.
- The refund request must be made within 7 days of purchase. Beyond this timeframe, refunds will not be processed.
Conditions for Refunds
- To be eligible for a refund, the artwork must:
- Be in its original condition, unused, and with its original packaging.
- Show no signs of damage, wear, or misuse.
- Damaged products caused by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
- Contact us at +92 330 1112220 within 7 days of purchase to request a refund.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow for processing time, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Additional Notes
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
- La Gallery De Arte reserves the right to refuse refunds if the product shows signs of misuse, mishandling, or damage post-delivery.
